The Mind Is Everything. What You Think You Become -BUDDHA-
Dear Judges,
The kinds of preconceived ideas, fears and anxieties I had during my senior year and project? I was worried If I will get my senior project done. Then it occured to me that it’s not problem and I can do it. I was excited to go for a job shadow. I was excited, because went to visit social work and they made me feel at my best, because of what they do and how they take anyone in who is struggling. Yes, I have grown up volunteering. I feel at my best when I volunteer. Before senior project came along I have been volunteering around town. Every year in June my family host a celebration with family and friends, and I volunteer to watch the kids when it is needed. What drives me to be successful is the effort I am making, and the volunteer work I offer to anyone who needs it. The way it factors into my school work is that I volunteer in school activities and sports. The senior project has helped me interact more with my classmates. My personality is out there and ready to volunteer for anything that is available. I enjoyed talking to anyone who came to the concession stand. I really didn’t have a terrible experience, but I didn’t enjoy counting money back. As a result of my volunteer projects, I’ve learned that if you work together you will get the job done. I also learned that working together makes an impact on your life and other people because, the younger people look up to the older kids. Thank you for taking your time to hear me speak, and I really appreciate it.
